It was obvious he was different than other realtors…

I was preparing for a move out of state when I received some interesting real estate information in the mail from Sam. I called to interview him and find out how much he could sell my home for. When we met, Sam showed me his innovative marketing plan and it was completely different than what I have seen before and it was obvious he was different than other realtors. I hired Sam immediately because he had a clear and creative plan to get my home sold. After packing up and moving, I gave the keys to Sam and he took over. He cared for my home while I was out of state. It seemed like in no time we were in escrow at my full asking price. We had our family home listed with another real estate co. for a year and had nothing but headaches with no results! We had the great fortune to hire Samuel Weiner and within 2 months he sold our home!

Sam presented a complete strategic plan to sell our home with a booklet for my husband and I to review. Our home was on the market for a year with no offers with another agent. Once Sam took charge we had more folks looking at our home than the whole year it was on the market with the other agent. We sold our home in less than two months with Sam and got more than the asking price. Sam is honest and he will give you his thoughts but does what you feel is right. He will help you out at all times when your not sure what to do. He is always responsive to your needs, in fact you’ll be hearing more from him than you would expect from most realtors. Sam does the job to get you what you want your home sold for top dollar with respect to the comps in that area. I just wish I had discovered him sooner!

Sam helped us sell and buy at the same time. He did an excellent job in the sale of our home and we would highly recommend him to our neighbors, family and friends. Prior to putting our home on the market, Sam did a comprehensive market analysis which was very helpful. Once we did finally put our home on the market, he meticulously planned the photo shoot, broker’s tour and open house. Without his excellent planning and pricing on the sale of our home, I doubt we would have had five offers on our home after the first weekend! Sam was able to expertly guide us through the offers and choose the best one. He was there every step of the way through the inspection process and working with lenders and made it so much stressful as well. When it came to buying our new home, Sam was truly an expert in the purchase. He was able to come up with a very good offer that the buyer accepted and that worked well for us as well. He was there every step of the way through the inspection process and did everything possible to make sure we were getting into a safe home. Sam was there until the very end of the process, even helping to arrange contractors coming in right after we had gotten our keys and helping coordinating last minute repairs so our home would be safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend Sam for both the buying and selling home process. We’ve worked with other realtors in the past and haven’t seen anyone else put in the extra mile like Sam! He has been a helpful resource even after the sale finalized and we would definitely choose him again for our future real estate needs.

This was our second time dealing with Sam. He worked hard helping us buy the right home and worked just as hard to sell it when moving became necessary. A Total Professional…

Sam just helped my daughter and I buy a home. He is a total professional and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known. He wouldn’t let me settle on buying a home I liked…he made SURE I LOVED the home. He took immediate steps to endure we got the home and is amazing at negotiating. We moved from out of state and weren’t very familiar with the area (placerville). Other than we think its adorable…he made sure my daughter and I were in a great home in a great neighborhood. Really appreciate all he did to help our search.

Sam was an expert negotiator…

I cannot praise Sam and his team enough for selling my property in Pollock Pines. It was a difficult sell with 2 houses on the property, one of which was a double-wide mobile home. It took about 5 months but they were very patient and stuck with it. Sam proved his all-star status when the buyer’s original lender would not lend on the mobile home, but Sam, because of his expertise, suggested another lender who got the job done!! And for more than the asking price! Hallelujah!! All his team members were very responsive and helpful every step of the way and Sam was an expert negotiator and did a superb job of guiding me through the process. I think the new buyers got a wonderful place to raise their children with Grandma right out back and lots of squirrels running around and it was good for all concerned, and Sam put it together.
