My experience with Samuel and his team was unbelievable. I would highly recommend Samuel Weiner to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable and proficient real estate agent. We had our family home listed with another real estate co. for a year and had nothing but headaches with no results! We had the great fortune to hire Samuel Weiner and within 2 months he sold our home!
Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client. On rare occasions when he is not available his awesome staff is always there to help. A special shout out to Barb and Donielle. I highly recommend this guy.
When I met with Sam to sell my home, to my surprise, he tried to talk me out of selling because he said it was not the right time. I did not listen, and I had him put it on the market. He got me an offer for $10K more than I was asking, but I also started understanding why he was saying I should not sell, so I did not accept the offer. Instead Sam helped me buy a home to rent out as an investment, which I am making $500 a month on and my home that he told me not to sell is worth $110K more than the offer I got. From the very beginning he was looking out for my best interest and I would highly recommend him.
