He was a nice guy so I gave him the job. In less then a week he had an offer for $20,000 more then the other realtor said she could get. We are glad that we worked with Sam who is very detailed, professional and helpful every step of the process. From the beginning, Sam prepared a detailed timeline and action plan – having an idea of the overall process really helped reduce our stress levels. Somehow we feel that we have a little bit of control knowing what happens when and what we can do to help.
