He was a nice guy so I gave him the job. In less then a week he had an offer for $20,000 more then the other realtor said she could get. Sam just helped my daughter and I buy a home. He is a total professional and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known. He wouldn’t let me settle on buying a home I liked…he made SURE I LOVED the home. He took immediate steps to endure we got the home and is amazing at negotiating. It was obvious he was different than other realtors…
I was preparing for a move out of state when I received some interesting real estate information in the mail from Sam. I called to interview him and find out how much he could sell my home for. When we met, Sam showed me his innovative marketing plan and it was completely different than what I have seen before and it was obvious he was different than other realtors. I hired Sam immediately because he had a clear and creative plan to get my home sold. After packing up and moving, I gave the keys to Sam and he took over. He cared for my home while I was out of state. It seemed like in no time we were in escrow at my full asking price. He is serious about making progress and yet patient if you need to think something over. He will encourage but not push you. If something needs closer scrutiny, he will get to the bottom of it for you. If you are choosing an agent….. this is the one. I have bought and sold 6 houses, wish I’d had him then.

Communication was excellent!
This was our second time dealing with Sam. He worked hard helping us buy the right home and worked just as hard to sell it when moving became necessary. The home was presented with professionalism and his knowledge of the process was very helpful and comforting. Communication was excellent by both Sam and Helene. We never had to wait for an answer.
