Sam presented a complete strategic plan to sell our home with a booklet for my husband and I to review. Our home was on the market for a year with no offers with another agent. Once Sam took charge we had more folks looking at our home than the whole year it was on the market with the other agent. Sam just helped my daughter and I buy a home. He is a total professional and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known. He is serious about making progress and yet patient if you need to think something over. He will encourage but not push you.
