It was obvious he was different than other realtors…

I was preparing for a move out of state when I received some interesting real estate information in the mail from Sam. I called to interview him and find out how much he could sell my home for. When we met, Sam showed me his innovative marketing plan and it was completely different than what I  have seen before and it was obvious he was different than other realtors. I hired Sam immediately because he had a clear and creative plan to get my home sold. After packing up and moving, I gave the keys to Sam and he took over. He cared for my home while I was out of state. It seemed like in no time we were in escrow at my full asking price. Selling house can be stressful, and having the right agent who works for you can make a big difference. We are glad that we worked with Sam who is very detailed, professional and helpful every step of the process. From the beginning, Sam prepared a detailed timeline and action plan – having an idea  of the overall process really helped reduce our stress levels. Somehow we feel that we have a little bit of control knowing what happens when and what we can do to help.
