Without a doubt we would ask Sam to be our realtor again and again!

One of the questions I asked Sam during the interviewing process was, “What’s your closing rate on the homes you list?” His response…”100%!” We were sold in 8 days and now have the exact home we were dreaming about for years. Sam was an expert negotiator…

I cannot praise Sam and his team enough for selling my property in Pollock Pines. It was a difficult sell with 2 houses on the property, one of which was a double-wide mobile home. It took about 5 months but they were very patient and stuck with it. Sam proved his all-star status when the buyer’s original lender would not lend on the mobile home, but Sam, because of his expertise, suggested another lender who got the job done!! And for more than the asking price! Hallelujah!! All his team members were very responsive and helpful every step of the way and Sam was an expert negotiator and did a superb job of guiding me through the process. I think the new buyers got a wonderful place to raise their children with Grandma right out back and lots of squirrels running around and it was good for all concerned, and Sam put it together.

I just wish I had discovered him sooner!

Sam presented a complete strategic plan to sell our home with a booklet for my husband and I to review. Our home was on the market for a year with no offers with another agent. Once Sam took charge we had more folks looking at our home than the whole year it was on the market with the other agent. We sold our home in less than two months with Sam and got more than the asking price. Sam is honest and he will give you his thoughts but does what you feel is right. He will help you out at all times when your not sure what to do. He is always responsive to your needs, in fact you’ll be hearing more from him than you would expect from most realtors. Sam does the job to get you what you want your home sold for top dollar with respect to the comps in that area. I just wish I had discovered him sooner!

When I met with Sam to sell my home, to my surprise, he tried to talk me out of selling because he said it was not the right time. I did not listen, and I had him put it on the market. He got me an offer for $10K more than I was asking, but I also started understanding why he was saying I should not sell, so I did not accept the offer. Instead Sam helped me buy a home to rent out as an investment, which I am making $500 a month on and my home that he told me not to sell is worth $110K more than the offer I got. We are glad that we worked with Sam who is very detailed, professional and helpful every step of the process. From the beginning, Sam prepared a detailed timeline and action plan – having an idea of the overall process really helped reduce our stress levels. Somehow we feel that we have a little bit of control knowing what happens when and what we can do to help. Sam worked very hard and followed up the plan very diligently and kept us informed at every stage – what has happened and what will happen next. We feel that we are on top of the entire process. On a personal note, Sam is very nice and pleasant to work with. He works extra hard to accommodate our schedules and is always willing to offer his extra help generously. Sam was there at every inspection and kept an eye on our house when we moved out – reminding us to keep the lawn watered and helped moving the garbage cans inside. This is the guy you are looking for. He can and will run circles around other agents. He is kind, he is careful, he is attentive, and he knows what you need before you know. He is serious about making progress and yet patient if you need to think something over. He will encourage but not push you. If something needs closer scrutiny, he will get to the bottom of it for you. If you are choosing an agent….. this is the one. I have bought and sold 6 houses, wish I’d had him then.
