This was our second time dealing with Sam. He worked hard helping us buy the right home and worked just as hard to sell it when moving became necessary. The home was presented with professionalism and his knowledge of the process was very helpful and comforting. Communication was excellent by both Sam and Helene. We never had to wait for an answer.
I cannot praise Sam and his team enough for selling my property in Pollock Pines. It was a difficult sell with 2 houses on the property, one of which was a double-wide mobile home. It took about 5 months but they were very patient and stuck with it. Sam proved his all-star status when the buyer’s original lender would not lend on the mobile home, but Sam, because of his expertise, suggested another lender who got the job done!! And for more than the asking price! Hallelujah!! All his team members were very responsive and helpful every step of the way and Sam was an expert negotiator and did a superb job of guiding me through the process. I think the new buyers got a wonderful place to raise their children with Grandma right out back and lots of squirrels running around and it was good for all concerned, and Sam put it together.
Sam just helped my daughter and I buy a home. He is a total professional and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known. He wouldn’t let me settle on buying a home I liked…he made SURE I LOVED the home. He took immediate steps to endure we got the home and is amazing at negotiating. We moved from out of state and weren’t very familiar with the area (placerville). Other than we think its adorable…he made sure my daughter and I were in a great home in a great neighborhood. Really appreciate all he did to help our search.
My experience with Samuel and his team was unbelievable. Sam, Helene and Barb were right on top of everything and I was informed of every detail of my home purchase and if I had any question, Sam, Helene or Barb had the answer. I was referred to Sam when I mentioned to a friend that I was going to sell my house. Sam said he could sell it for more then the other realtor said it was worth. He was a nice guy so I gave him the job. In less then a week he had an offer for $20,000 more then the other realtor said she could get. He was professional, handled all of the inspections, everything was easy. I would be happy to recommend Sam.

When I met with Sam to sell my home, to my surprise, he tried to talk me out of selling because he said it was not the right time. I did not listen, and I had him put it on the market. He got me an offer for $10K more than I was asking, but I also started understanding why he was saying I should not sell, so I did not accept the offer. Instead Sam helped me buy a home to rent out as an investment, which I am making $500 a month on and my home that he told me not to sell is worth $110K more than the offer I got. From the very beginning he was looking out for my best interest and I would highly recommend him.

When we met, Sam showed me his innovative marketing plan and it was completely different than what I have seen before and it was obvious he was different than other realtors. I hired Sam immediately because he had a clear and creative plan to get my home sold. After packing up and moving, I gave the keys to Sam and he took over. He cared for my home while I was out of state. It seemed like in no time we were in escrow at my full asking price. Sam helped us sell and buy at the same time. He did an excellent job in the sale of our home and we would highly recommend him to our neighbors, family and friends. Prior to putting our home on the market, Sam did a comprehensive market analysis which was very helpful. Once we did finally put our home on the market, he meticulously planned the photo shoot, broker’s tour and open house. Without his excellent planning and pricing on the sale of our home, I doubt we would have had five offers on our home after the first weekend! Sam was able to expertly guide us through the offers and choose the best one. He was there every step of the way through the inspection process and working with lenders and made it so much stressful as well. When it came to buying our new home, Sam was truly an expert in the purchase. He was able to come up with a very good offer that the buyer accepted and that worked well for us as well. He was there every step of the way through the inspection process and did everything possible to make sure we were getting into a safe home. Sam was there until the very end of the process, even helping to arrange contractors coming in right after we had gotten our keys and helping coordinating last minute repairs so our home would be safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend Sam for both the buying and selling home process. We’ve worked with other realtors in the past and haven’t seen anyone else put in the extra mile like Sam! He has been a helpful resource even after the sale finalized and we would definitely choose him again for our future real estate needs.
Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client. On rare occasions when he is not available his awesome staff is always there to help. A special shout out to Barb and Donielle. I highly recommend this guy.
