A Total Professional…

Sam just helped my daughter and I buy a home. He is a total professional and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known. He wouldn’t let me settle on buying a home I liked…he made SURE I LOVED the home. He took immediate steps to endure we got the home and is amazing at negotiating. We moved from out of state and weren’t very familiar with the area (placerville). Other than we think its adorable…he made sure my daughter and I were in a great home in a great neighborhood. Really appreciate all he did to help our search.

Samuel Weiner sold our house before it even went on the market and we were more than thrilled!!! He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and always friendly!!! We will definitely call him again when we are ready to purchase or sell our next home!!!

Sam presented a complete strategic plan to sell our home with a booklet for my husband and I to review. Our home was on the market for a year with no offers with another agent. Once Sam took charge we had more folks looking at our home than the whole year it was on the market with the other agent. We sold our home in less than two months with Sam and got more than the asking price. Sam is honest and he will give you his thoughts but does what you feel is right. He will help you out at all times when your not sure what to do. He is always responsive to your needs, in fact you’ll be hearing more from him than you would expect from most realtors. Sam does the job to get you what you want your home sold for top dollar with respect to the comps in that area. I just wish I had discovered him sooner!

Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client. On rare occasions when he is not available his awesome staff is always there to help. A special shout out to Barb and Donielle. I highly recommend this guy.
