This was our second time dealing with Sam. He worked hard helping us buy the right home and worked just as hard to sell it when moving became necessary. When we met, Sam showed me his innovative marketing plan and it was completely different than what I have seen before and it was obvious he was different than other realtors. I hired Sam immediately because he had a clear and creative plan to get my home sold. After packing up and moving, I gave the keys to Sam and he took over.
