One of the questions I asked Sam during the interviewing process was, “What’s your closing rate on the homes you list?” His response…”100%!” We were sold in 8 days and now have the exact home we were dreaming about for years. He was a nice guy so I gave him the job. In less then a week he had an offer for $20,000 more then the other realtor said she could get. He was professional, handled all of the inspections, everything was easy. I would be happy to recommend Sam.
