Sam and his team were wonderful. Our house was on the market for over a year with someone else. Sam had our house for three days and we had multiple offers. This was a long distance sale for us and we were not available to be on site, NOT A PROBLEM. Sam and his team took care of it all! We ended up selling the house for $19,000 over asking. When I met with Sam to sell my home, to my surprise, he tried to talk me out of selling because he said it was not the right time. I did not listen, and I had him put it on the market. He got me an offer for $10K more than I was asking, but I also started understanding why he was saying I should not sell, so I did not accept the offer. Instead Sam helped me buy a home to rent out as an investment, which I am making $500 a month on and my home that he told me not to sell is worth $110K more than the offer I got. From the very beginning he was looking out for my best interest and I would highly recommend him.

Prior to putting our home on the market, Sam did a comprehensive market analysis which was very helpful. Once we did finally put our home on the market, he meticulously planned the photo shoot, broker’s tour and open house. He has been a helpful resource even after the sale finalized and we would definitely choose him again for our future real estate needs.
Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client. On rare occasions when he is not available his awesome staff is always there to help. A special shout out to Barb and Donielle. I highly recommend this guy.
One of the questions I asked Sam during the interviewing process was, “What’s your closing rate on the homes you list?” His response…”100%!” We were sold in 8 days and now have the exact home we were dreaming about for years. With out a doubt we would ask Sam to be our realtor again and again! His marketing is second to none. And I interviewed the best in the area.
