Sam helped us sell and buy at the same time. He did an excellent job in the sale of our home and we would highly recommend him to our neighbors, family and friends. Prior to putting our home on the market, Sam did a comprehensive market analysis which was very helpful. Once we did finally put our home on the market, he meticulously planned the photo shoot, broker’s tour and open house. He has been a helpful resource even after the sale finalized and we would definitely choose him again for our future real estate needs.
Sam was so great to work with! Being a first time home buyer was really scary and overwhelming and he was so knowledgeable about the entire process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Sam presented a complete strategic plan to sell our home with a booklet for my husband and I to review. Our home was on the market for a year with no offers with another agent. We sold our home in less than two months with Sam and got more than the asking price. Sam is honest and he will give you his thoughts but does what you feel is right.
