Sam just helped my daughter and I buy a home. He is a total professional and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known. Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client. Without a doubt we would ask Sam to be our realtor again and again!
One of the questions I asked Sam during the interviewing process was, “What’s your closing rate on the homes you list?” His response…”100%!” We were sold in 8 days and now have the exact home we were dreaming about for years. With out a doubt we would ask Sam to be our realtor again and again! His marketing is second to none. And I interviewed the best in the area. One word of advice if you use him, follow the list he gives to you. 😉
