Sam was so great to work with! Being a first time home buyer was really scary and overwhelming and he was so knowledgeable about the entire process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Sam presented a complete strategic plan to sell our home with a booklet for my husband and I to review. Our home was on the market for a year with no offers with another agent. Once Sam took charge we had more folks looking at our home than the whole year it was on the market with the other agent. We sold our home in less than two months with Sam and got more than the asking price. Sam is honest and he will give you his thoughts but does what you feel is right. He will help you out at all times when your not sure what to do. He is always responsive to your needs, in fact you’ll be hearing more from him than you would expect from most realtors. Sam does the job to get you what you want your home sold for top dollar with respect to the comps in that area. I just wish I had discovered him sooner!
