I think the new buyers got a wonderful place to raise their children with Grandma right out back and lots of squirrels running around and it was good for all concerned, and Sam put it together.

Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client.
