Sam helped us sell and buy at the same time. He did an excellent job in the sale of our home and we would highly recommend him to our neighbors, family and friends. Prior to putting our home on the market, Sam did a comprehensive market analysis which was very helpful. Once we did finally put our home on the market, he meticulously planned the photo shoot, broker’s tour and open house. Without his excellent planning and pricing on the sale of our home, I doubt we would have had five offers on our home after the first weekend! Sam was able to expertly guide us through the offers and choose the best one. This is the guy you are looking for. He can and will run circles around other agents. He is kind, he is careful, he is attentive, and he knows what you need before you know. He is serious about making progress and yet patient if you need to think something over. He will encourage but not push you. If something needs closer scrutiny, he will get to the bottom of it for you. If you are choosing an agent….. this is the one. I have bought and sold 6 houses, wish I’d had him then.
