I was preparing for a move out of state when I received some interesting real estate information in the mail from Sam. I called to interview him and find out how much he could sell my home for. When we met, Sam showed me his innovative marketing plan and it was completely different than what I have seen before and it was obvious he was different than other realtors. I was referred to Sam when I mentioned to a friend that I was going to sell my house. Sam said he could sell it for more then the other realtor said it was worth. He was a nice guy so I gave him the job. In less then a week he had an offer for $20,000 more then the other realtor said she could get. He was professional, handled all of the inspections, everything was easy. I would be happy to recommend Sam.

Sam just helped my daughter and I buy a home. He is a total professional and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known. This is the guy you are looking for. He can and will run circles around other agents. He is kind, he is careful, he is attentive, and he knows what you need before you know. He is serious about making progress and yet patient if you need to think something over. He will encourage but not push you.
