He is serious about making progress and yet patient if you need to think something over. He will encourage but not push you. Sam presented a complete strategic plan to sell our home with a booklet for my husband and I to review. Our home was on the market for a year with no offers with another agent. We sold our home in less than two months with Sam and got more than the asking price. Sam is honest and he will give you his thoughts but does what you feel is right. Sam was so great to work with!
