When I met with Sam to sell my home, to my surprise, he tried to talk me out of selling because he said it was not the right time. I did not listen, and I had him put it on the market. He got me an offer for $10K more than I was asking, but I also started understanding why he was saying I should not sell, so I did not accept the offer. Instead Sam helped me buy a home to rent out as an investment, which I am making $500 a month on and my home that he told me not to sell is worth $110K more than the offer I got. From the very beginning he was looking out for my best interest and I would highly recommend him.

Sam and his team were wonderful. Our house was on the market for over a year with someone else. Sam had our house for three days and we had multiple offers. This was a long distance sale for us and we were not available to be on site, NOT A PROBLEM. Sam and his team took care of it all! We ended up selling the house for $19,000 over asking. Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client.
