Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client. On rare occasions when he is not available his awesome staff is always there to help. A special shout out to Barb and Donielle. I highly recommend this guy.
Sam was so great to work with! Being a first time home buyer was really scary and overwhelming and he was so knowledgeable about the entire process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Sam helped us sell and buy at the same time. He did an excellent job in the sale of our home and we would highly recommend him to our neighbors, family and friends.
