Sam helped us sell and buy at the same time. He did an excellent job in the sale of our home and we would highly recommend him to our neighbors, family and friends. Prior to putting our home on the market, Sam did a comprehensive market analysis which was very helpful. Once we did finally put our home on the market, he meticulously planned the photo shoot, broker’s tour and open house. Without his excellent planning and pricing on the sale of our home, I doubt we would have had five offers on our home after the first weekend! Sam was able to expertly guide us through the offers and choose the best one. He was there every step of the way through the inspection process and working with lenders and made it so much stressful as well. Sam was there until the very end of the process, even helping to arrange contractors coming in right after we had gotten our keys and helping coordinating last minute repairs so our home would be safe and comfortable.
