Sam helped us sell and buy at the same time. He did an excellent job in the sale of our home and we would highly recommend him to our neighbors, family and friends. Prior to putting our home on the market, Sam did a comprehensive market analysis which was very helpful. Once we did finally put our home on the market, he meticulously planned the photo shoot, broker’s tour and open house. Without his excellent planning and pricing on the sale of our home, I doubt we would have had five offers on our home after the first weekend! Sam was able to expertly guide us through the offers and choose the best one. He was there every step of the way through the inspection process and working with lenders and made it so much stressful as well. When it came to buying our new home, Sam was truly an expert in the purchase. He was able to come up with a very good offer that the buyer accepted and that worked well for us as well. He was there every step of the way through the inspection process and did everything possible to make sure we were getting into a safe home. Sam was there until the very end of the process, even helping to arrange contractors coming in right after we had gotten our keys and helping coordinating last minute repairs so our home would be safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend Sam for both the buying and selling home process. We’ve worked with other realtors in the past and haven’t seen anyone else put in the extra mile like Sam! He has been a helpful resource even after the sale finalized and we would definitely choose him again for our future real estate needs.
When I met with Sam to sell my home, to my surprise, he tried to talk me out of selling because he said it was not the right time. I did not listen, and I had him put it on the market. He got me an offer for $10K more than I was asking, but I also started understanding why he was saying I should not sell, so I did not accept the offer. Instead Sam helped me buy a home to rent out as an investment, which I am making $500 a month on and my home that he told me not to sell is worth $110K more than the offer I got. From the very beginning he was looking out for my best interest and I would highly recommend him.
Sam presented a complete strategic plan to sell our home with a booklet for my husband and I to review. Our home was on the market for a year with no offers with another agent. Once Sam took charge we had more folks looking at our home than the whole year it was on the market with the other agent. We sold our home in less than two months with Sam and got more than the asking price. Sam is honest and he will give you his thoughts but does what you feel is right. He will help you out at all times when your not sure what to do. He is always responsive to your needs, in fact you’ll be hearing more from him than you would expect from most realtors. Sam does the job to get you what you want your home sold for top dollar with respect to the comps in that area. I just wish I had discovered him sooner!
Sam just helped my daughter and I buy a home. He is a total professional and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known. He wouldn’t let me settle on buying a home I liked…he made SURE I LOVED the home. He took immediate steps to endure we got the home and is amazing at negotiating. We moved from out of state and weren’t very familiar with the area (placerville). Other than we think its adorable…he made sure my daughter and I were in a great home in a great neighborhood. One of the questions I asked Sam during the interviewing process was, “What’s your closing rate on the homes you list?” His response…”100%!” We were sold in 8 days and now have the exact home we were dreaming about for years. With out a doubt we would ask Sam to be our realtor again and again! His marketing is second to none. And I interviewed the best in the area. One word of advice if you use him, follow the list he gives to you. 😉
My experience with Samuel and his team was unbelievable.
