It was obvious he was different than other realtors…

I was preparing for a move out of state when I received some interesting real estate information in the mail from Sam. I called to interview him and find out how much he could sell my home for. When we met, Sam showed me his innovative marketing plan and it was completely different than what I  have seen before and it was obvious he was different than other realtors. This is the guy you are looking for. He can and will run circles around other agents. He is kind, he is careful, he is attentive, and he knows what you need before you know.
