I was preparing for a move out of state when I received some interesting real estate information in the mail from Sam. I called to interview him and find out how much he could sell my home for. When we met, Sam showed me his innovative marketing plan and it was completely different than what I have seen before and it was obvious he was different than other realtors. I hired Sam immediately because he had a clear and creative plan to get my home sold. After packing up and moving, I gave the keys to Sam and he took over. He cared for my home while I was out of state. It seemed like in no time we were in escrow at my full asking price. Sam just helped my daughter and I buy a home. He is a total professional and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known. He wouldn’t let me settle on buying a home I liked…he made SURE I LOVED the home. He took immediate steps to endure we got the home and is amazing at negotiating. We moved from out of state and weren’t very familiar with the area (placerville). Other than we think its adorable…he made sure my daughter and I were in a great home in a great neighborhood. This is the guy you are looking for. He can and will run circles around other agents. He is kind, he is careful, he is attentive, and he knows what you need before you know. He is serious about making progress and yet patient if you need to think something over. He will encourage but not push you. If something needs closer scrutiny, he will get to the bottom of it for you. If you are choosing an agent….. this is the one. I have bought and sold 6 houses, wish I’d had him then.
