Sam helped us sell and buy at the same time. He did an excellent job in the sale of our home and we would highly recommend him to our neighbors, family and friends. Once we did finally put our home on the market, he meticulously planned the photo shoot, broker’s tour and open house. Without his excellent planning and pricing on the sale of our home, I doubt we would have had five offers on our home after the first weekend! He was there every step of the way through the inspection process and working with lenders and made it so much stressful as well. When it came to buying our new home, Sam was truly an expert in the purchase. He was able to come up with a very good offer that the buyer accepted and that worked well for us as well. Sam was there until the very end of the process, even helping to arrange contractors coming in right after we had gotten our keys and helping coordinating last minute repairs so our home would be safe and comfortable. One of the questions I asked Sam during the interviewing process was, “What’s your closing rate on the homes you list?” His response…”100%!” We were sold in 8 days and now have the exact home we were dreaming about for years. With out a doubt we would ask Sam to be our realtor again and again! His marketing is second to none. And I interviewed the best in the area. I was referred to Sam when I mentioned to a friend that I was going to sell my house. Sam said he could sell it for more then the other realtor said it was worth. He was a nice guy so I gave him the job. In less then a week he had an offer for $20,000 more then the other realtor said she could get. He was professional, handled all of the inspections, everything was easy. I would be happy to recommend Sam.
This was our second time dealing with Sam. He worked hard helping us buy the right home and worked just as hard to sell it when moving became necessary. The home was presented with professionalism and his knowledge of the process was very helpful and comforting. Communication was excellent by both Sam and Helene. We never had to wait for an answer.
I cannot praise Sam and his team enough for selling my property in Pollock Pines. It was a difficult sell with 2 houses on the property, one of which was a double-wide mobile home. It took about 5 months but they were very patient and stuck with it. Sam proved his all-star status when the buyer’s original lender would not lend on the mobile home, but Sam, because of his expertise, suggested another lender who got the job done!! And for more than the asking price! Hallelujah!! All his team members were very responsive and helpful every step of the way and Sam was an expert negotiator and did a superb job of guiding me through the process. I think the new buyers got a wonderful place to raise their children with Grandma right out back and lots of squirrels running around and it was good for all concerned, and Sam put it together.
Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client. On rare occasions when he is not available his awesome staff is always there to help. A special shout out to Barb and Donielle. I highly recommend this guy.
