Sam was very proficient in every area of buying a House. He kept me informed on, all the way through the process of buying my House. He also, gave me many intelligant choice’s on different procedures. I really enjoyed having Sam as my Real Estate Agent!

I cannot praise Sam and his team enough for selling my property in Pollock Pines. It was a difficult sell with 2 houses on the property, one of which was a double-wide mobile home. It took about 5 months but they were very patient and stuck with it. Sam proved his all-star status when the buyer’s original lender would not lend on the mobile home, but Sam, because of his expertise, suggested another lender who got the job done!! And for more than the asking price! Hallelujah!! All his team members were very responsive and helpful every step of the way and Sam was an expert negotiator and did a superb job of guiding me through the process. I think the new buyers got a wonderful place to raise their children with Grandma right out back and lots of squirrels running around and it was good for all concerned, and Sam put it together.
I was referred to Sam when I mentioned to a friend that I was going to sell my house. Sam said he could sell it for more then the other realtor said it was worth. He was a nice guy so I gave him the job. In less then a week he had an offer for $20,000 more then the other realtor said she could get. He was professional, handled all of the inspections, everything was easy. I would be happy to recommend Sam.

Sam just helped my daughter and I buy a home. He is a total professional and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known. He wouldn’t let me settle on buying a home I liked…he made SURE I LOVED the home. He took immediate steps to endure we got the home and is amazing at negotiating. One of the questions I asked Sam during the interviewing process was, “What’s your closing rate on the homes you list?” His response…”100%!” We were sold in 8 days and now have the exact home we were dreaming about for years. With out a doubt we would ask Sam to be our realtor again and again! His marketing is second to none. And I interviewed the best in the area. One word of advice if you use him, follow the list he gives to you. 😉

Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client. On rare occasions when he is not available his awesome staff is always there to help. A special shout out to Barb and Donielle. I highly recommend this guy.
I would highly recommend Samuel Weiner to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable and proficient real estate agent. We had our family home listed with another real estate co. for a year and had nothing but headaches with no results!
