Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Selling house can be stressful, and having the right agent who works for you can make a big difference. This is the guy you are looking for. He can and will run circles around other agents. He is kind, he is careful, he is attentive, and he knows what you need before you know. He is serious about making progress and yet patient if you need to think something over. He will encourage but not push you. If something needs closer scrutiny, he will get to the bottom of it for you. If you are choosing an agent….. this is the one. I have bought and sold 6 houses, wish I’d had him then.
