Sam is the best realtor on El Dorado County, hands down. He is highly professional, organized and detail oriented. Whether you are buying or selling he is always there for you at every step in the process. I know he is always busy but he still makes you feel like you are his only client. On rare occasions when he is not available his awesome staff is always there to help. A special shout out to Barb and Donielle. I highly recommend this guy.
I was preparing for a move out of state when I received some interesting real estate information in the mail from Sam. I called to interview him and find out how much he could sell my home for. When we met, Sam showed me his innovative marketing plan and it was completely different than what I have seen before and it was obvious he was different than other realtors. I hired Sam immediately because he had a clear and creative plan to get my home sold. After packing up and moving, I gave the keys to Sam and he took over. He cared for my home while I was out of state. It seemed like in no time we were in escrow at my full asking price. I would highly recommend Samuel Weiner to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable and proficient real estate agent. Sam was so great to work with! Being a first time home buyer was really scary and overwhelming and he was so knowledgeable about the entire process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He made the process as smooth as possible even when there were some hurdles. I would definitely recommend Sam to any home buyer in the area.
